- Receipt of the 2024-25 Audited Accounts and Annual Report, including performance against the Trust's charitable objectives
- Report on the Quality of Governance
- CEO Report

- Trustee appointments, resignations and term updates
- Member/Trustee resignations
- Confirmation of the next meeting on Tuesday 12 May at 5.30pm
